NICOLE
Founder
​​Nicole Rabinowitz Edwards grew up in Minneapolis, MN, and graduated from the University of Kansas. She was trained in Customized Employment through Marc Gold and Associates (MG&A) and currently is an MG&A associate who trains and certifies those seeking Discovery Certification. Nicole is very passionate about supporting job seekers in finding meaningful, integrated, competitive employment. She provides support and innovative training to employers, employment specialists, and job coaches to create more diverse and inclusive work environments.

Programs Manager & Practitioner
Paige earned her B.S. in Disability Studies from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities and was trained in Customized Employment through Marc Gold and Associates (MG&A). She has personal and professional experience within the disability community and services- spanning from home-based care to healthy relationship programming. She enjoys educating and working with companies to become inclusive employers, as well as customizing & connecting meaningful employment positions for job seekers. Paige’s goal is to increase accessibility to meaningful activities in life for all. She loves traveling, gardening, singing, and board games.
AMANDA V
Office Assistant
Hi, my name is Amanda and I am the Administrative Assistant at Inclusive Networking. I look forward to helping with organization in the company. When I am not working, I like going to the MN Twins games and I am also involved in Special Olympics.
LISA
Training Coordinator & Job Coach
Lisa grew up in International Falls on the border of Canada and northern Minnesota and currently resides in Burnsville, MN. She graduated from Normandale Community College from the Dental Program and worked as a Dental Assistant for 19 years until she found supporting adults with disabilities one of her passions. For the past 18 years, Lisa has been providing direct support to individuals in the community and their home who either live on their own, are living with family members or are in a group home setting. Her role at Inclusive Networking is a training coordinator and job coach providing compassionate and quality support in the workplace. ​

AMANDA K
Job Developer
Amanda grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio and now lives in Costa Rica with her husband, daughters, and rescue dog. She received her undergraduate degree from Indiana University and then attended DePaul University where she obtained a masters degree in Special Education. Amanda was trained in Customized Employment through Marc Gold & Associates (MG&A). Amanda taught for eight years; assisting students with disabilities and has always been an advocate for an inclusive environment for people with disabilities. Amanda joined the team in November 2021 and is excited to continue to advocate and encourage awareness toward inclusivity in the workplace
MORGAN
Job Coach
Morgan grew up in Minneapolis and is currently attending Grinnell college majoring in Spanish and Psychology. She has experience working with the disability community through personal care assistant work, Special Olympics MN, and work as an inclusion specialist through the Minneapolis Park and Rec Board. She is passionate about the importance of self advocacy in the workplace, and that everyone deserves to find meaningful employment and experiences in their lives. Outside of work Morgan loves to swim, be outside, and eat all the great food Minneapolis has to offer.
LINDSAY
Business Disability Inclusion Consultant
Lindsay grew up in Minneapolis, MN and graduated from the University of Kansas. She has been in HR in many different capacities from talent management, talent acquisition, and innovation for over 15 years. Lindsay is driven by helping others to find their passions and translate that into meaningful employment.
